Ripper Rugby

Hi guys welcome back to another blog post this one is about ripper rugby. 

We had seven teams to play against, I will explain the rules it was kind of different so the first one was if your tag got pulled of you had to not take three steps, if you did you had to pass the ball over to the other team. And they kept saying that were doing three steps because we were trying to stop are self so then we had pass the ball over. 

I got told to come back because I had to stay on the retreating line it was so annoying. We won 5 out of 6 games it was really hard at the second to last game because it was Three Kings school at least we won 7 to 4.

 After we bet the Thee Kings school we got into the semi finals. And then we also took over May road school. We got into the FINALS it was so hard my heart was racing like a bolt. This was the hardest one Halsey Drive because there is really fast guy who like over took us and got a try like three times. I was so close to get like about 2 tries. Sadly we lost to about 5 to 4 one last try then it would be a tie. Tries at least we came in the finals and got to chill in the pool we we got to get some ice blocks for the for my friends and other people. And I got a coke,
Yumm. We played tag in the pool.

Tsunami

 Tsunami

In the last week we had an emergency for a Tsunami, it came on my phone on about 4am or 5am. Well I was playing some game. And then I heard the alarm on my mums phone it always scares me that alarm, well she was watching sky tv. At six she always puts the news on, so she was watching it and it was on for about 7 o,clock at night so I got to stay up late and watched the news with my mum. They said it was a Tsunami surge. Luckily it was not in Auckland.

And it was all on the the east coast,even one of my teachers had to move because of it. And today when we came to school, we talked about the stuff that you need if you are in an emergency. Here is what you need in your Emergency packs: toilet paper, umbrella, medicines, first aid kits, water, fly spray, non-perishable food- muesli bars, crackers, nuts, tins.

Hey bloggers today I am going to tell you about my boring lockdown week. On Sunday we had the alarm for Covid-19 it was so boring because it's like you couldn't go anywhere. My favourite activity with my family was staying at home watching a movies everyday then playing on my X-box. My favourite learning activity was art, because I got to show off my sketches. When I came back to school I felt very tired because it was a long week but I got some exercise through online soccer.

It scared me so much that the alarm was so loud that I jumped off  the couch, well my mum was feeding the my baby brother I got shouted at because I nearly hit the baby oops!! So then we carried on watching the news to get some more details about covid. So then I went to bed. 

So in the morning I felt so tired because it was very late because it was about 11 or 10. So then I went to bed because I had school in the morning, and if I don't go to sleep I will feel very angry because I wouldn't get enough sleep. Here is some of the sketching I did.

  

Slip and slide

On Thursday we did slip and slide it was so fun because I went with my friend Caja. Down the slide, but then Mrs daily said we can only down the slide by your self the first, and then you go down the slide with your friend, but she did say we couldn't go down the slide with there people in your group because you mite, hit your friend and hit them in the eye.

So after I went down the slide I went with my friend first slide we went down with are tummies then we nearly hit the drain. I couldn't see anything because I forgot to put my goggles on so a got all soppy then Dave washed me of with the hose then I was cold and put my clothes on. Here are some photos

We had to get a piece of paper and a Christmas dot art work sheet, we also got dot and then I got a green work sheet with a dot I nearly poked my self with it then I got on task and stared to do my work half way through my work sheet. And also talking to my friend well doing my work to. Finely I have finished my work so my friend said wow that is so cool when you took it of the green sheet of paper then I put it on to the window I also went to go show the teacher she said good job then she said a could finish. I will show you a pitcher of my art.

Color poems

 HI bloggers, today I will be blogging about my colour poems.

My colour poems are about this. We had are house colours. The house colours yellow, blue, green, red. Yellow stands for Tui. blue stands for Ruru. red stands for kea. green stands for pukeko.
