My diary plan
Today I will be talking about my fitness plan/diary that I did. Because we are focusing on doing a fitness plan/diary for are syndicate. In the week we got given a fitness diary it was all about keeping our stamina up, it was a test to see where we are. So the first test was a plank for 1 or 2 minutes. I got 4 mins because we got to carry on until the timer went to 5 mins, I was so close. Then we got into how many shuttles you can do, I did 15. The next activity was a 5 minute run there was ice blocks sticks so you know how many laps you did. You had to run to the post and then a blue thing at the obstacle course and the other rugby post and run back.
Then we had a fitness plan were you had to do 9 fitness things you can think of. One of mine was 2 mins of plank and some other things. So when we have another test will be more fit to do are test .
